FAQ

- How often should I get my dog groomed? We recommend getting your dog groomed

  • every 4-6 weeks although some lower maintenance (short haired/ determined length) dogs can go 8-12 weeks.

 

- Do you groom in my house?

  • No we are fully self sufficient in our groom trailer all we will
    need is parking and your pup.

 

- How long does the grooming process take?

  • On average each groom takes between 1 to 2 hours.

- Can I stay in the groom trailer while my dog is being groomed?

  • No, due to safety issues we can not allow pet parents in the groom trailer during grooming. Although you are welcome to see the trailer before we get started.

 

- Do you offer hypoallergenic shampoo?

  • Absolutely upon request.

- Do you use muzzles?

  • This is on a case by case basis but we will NOT muzzle without your approval.
     

- Will you accept dogs on medication?

  • Yes on a case by case basis. I'm happy to work alongside your vets recommendation to get your dog groomed comfortably..

- Do you groom cats?

  • Not at this time.​

Policies

- Payment; Cash, Check or card. Payment is expected at the end of the groom. Gratuity is always appreciated.

- Cancelation Policy 48 hour notice is required. If less than 48 hours a $50 fee will apply 

- NO CALL NO SHOW a $75 fee will apply
