- How often should I get my dog groomed? We recommend getting your dog groomed

every 4-6 weeks although some lower maintenance (short haired/ determined length) dogs can go 8-12 weeks.
- Do you groom in my house?

No we are fully self sufficient in our groom trailer all we will
need is parking and your pup.
- How long does the grooming process take?

On average each groom takes between 1 to 2 hours.

- Can I stay in the groom trailer while my dog is being groomed?

No, due to safety issues we can not allow pet parents in the groom trailer during grooming. Although you are welcome to see the trailer before we get started.
- Do you offer hypoallergenic shampoo?

Absolutely upon request.

- Do you use muzzles?

This is on a case by case basis but we will NOT muzzle without your approval.
- Will you accept dogs on medication?

Yes on a case by case basis. I'm happy to work alongside your vets recommendation to get your dog groomed comfortably..

- Payment; Cash, Check or card. Payment is expected at the end of the groom. Gratuity is always appreciated.
- Cancelation Policy 48 hour notice is required. If less than 48 hours a $50 fee will apply
- NO CALL NO SHOW a $75 fee will apply
